How to Order

Payment Method:

You can order here directly on our site and upon checkout, pay using your credit card/Paypal account or tranfer online/deposit over-the-counter through using BPI, BDO or Security Bank.  

For BDO, BPI or Security Bank transactions:

Once payment is done, please send us the 1. proof of payment and your 2. order number at sales@astridleather.com. (No need to send proof of payment for credit cards or Paypal.)

  • Please use the order number as reference when paying through online transfer or over the counter.
  • Orders will only be processed once proof of payment has been provided during office hours.
  • Your proof of payment; either a screenshot for online transfer or picture for over the counter deposit will allow us to match the payment to your order as there are various orders with the same amount.

 

Production and Delivery Time:

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products as well as personalization,  it normally takes 4-7 working days to craft your orders. Working days are 5 days a week excluding Philippine Holidays

Upon shipping, please wait 1-4 days for the courier to reach you.

Bulk orders will require a longer lead time. Ask us at sales@astridleather.com to know the estimate.

Most of our customers prefer the Oily Pull-up finish due to Leather Patina. According to UlluShop, patina is “a soft sheen that develops on the surface of the leather, imparting a character, a personality to the product. It is like an indelible stamp of ownership, a coat of arms – unique for every user.”

Monogram / Initials Engraving:

We can also engrave your name/initials! We charge an additional Php 50 per name, for 5 letters. For additional letters beyond 5, there is an additional Php 20 charge per letter beyond the standard 5 letters. 

For dog hook key chains name engraving is up to 3 letters only 🙂
